We truly hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it easy for you.

No Refunds

At this time, we do not offer refunds. However, we’re happy to offer exchanges or store credit so you can find something you love.

Exchanges & Store Credit

You can request an exchange or store credit if:

  • You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with packaging

If the item you’d like in exchange isn’t available, no worries — we’ll issue you a store credit instead so you can choose something else.

Store Credit

  • Issued via email
  • Easy to use on any future purchase
  • 12 months expiry

A Few Things to Note

  • Sale items, personalised pieces, and gift cards aren’t eligible for exchange or store credit
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

If Something Arrives Wrong

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number — we’ll sort it out for you as quickly as possible.
